Production worker on a pallet manufacturing line (m/f/d)

Our new pallet production line has been in operation since 2019. This has made us even more flexible and faster. It allows us to respond even better to our customers’ needs and deliver the optimal product, which our customers then use to transport their goods around the world! It’s a great feeling!

Full-time, 40 hours/week
2-shift model – early shift from 6 a.m. – late shift until 10 p.m.
Hourly wage €16–20 (possible range)
Overtime bonus 20%
Overtime is paid

Work activities

15% set-up, 85% feeding – watch the videos!
Setting up and operating a pallet manufacturing system
Manual control of robots during set-up or in the event of malfunctions (Comau)
Set-up as a team to minimise set-up time
Identification of repair requirements
Material testing, set-up checks, initial and interim testing
Systematic troubleshooting and rectification of faults

Specifically in the case of our pallet line:

Entering pallet data into the control panels
Material change and inspection before and during production
Adjusting the conveyor belts to the pallet widths/lengths
