How do we achieve this?

We have developed an in-house system, our HPN Academy, where our employees have the opportunity to receive online training. Among other things, it covers areas such as:

• safe and ergonomic working
• Quality standards – what is important?
• Product knowledge
• Personal development
• Process-oriented working

The training is mainly carried out using videos recorded by us, which ensures that our employees learn exactly what they need to know.

To consolidate the knowledge acquired, there is a subsequent theoretical and practical test, which is also designed to stimulate reflection.

This provides a platform for personal and professional development and increases qualifications.

Each employee is given development goals upon hiring and takes an exam after the first two weeks.

No one who is not qualified is allowed to operate the machine – to ensure good quality and decent production figures!
